How We Determine Amenities
The features and services listed must be available to every guest with NO qualifiers.
Some of the Phoenix airport hotels have amenities that are only available
to guests who belong to that hotel’s "club", and usually membership is based upon how often you stay at
that hotel chain. In other words, guests have to earn membership into that club.
We do not show a hotel as offering an amenity, such as free hot
breakfast or access to the exercise room, if use of the
amenity is restricted to only certain guests.

Unfortunately, rates at some Phoenix airport hotels can also differ simply based on which of the hotel's customer service representatives takes your call - talk to two different CSRs and you might be quoted different rates for the same room.
